Private Dining

Private dining is available in a choice of five very different and unique venues. 

Terry M at Celtic Manor’s spectacular Chef’s Table can be hired for lunch or dinner located within a private room. Enjoy a dramatic split-screen visual link to the kitchen via a large plasma screen, offering you a unique opportunity to gain insight into the art and intensity of a dynamic fine dining kitchen.

The Olive Tree has a cherry wood-panelled private dining room, which seats up to 26 people.  Located at the far end of the restaurant , it is perfect for private dining or special occasions.  

The Newbridge on Usk a beautiful 200 year old inn sitting on the banks of the river Usk has a number of options for private dining depending on the size of the group.


Hedleys  offers a traditional dining room ambience with its original plaster mouldings, wood panelling and stained glass windows.  It is perfect for small private dinners and functions for up to 50 guests. 

The Residents' Lounge is a traditional room with an impressive oak fire place.  The original bay window and ornate ceiling mouldings add to the historical glamour of the room.  Ideal for small groups of up to 20 guests. 

In Room Dining

The Resort's one, two and three bedroom suites provide guests with a dining table for up to six people, while our luxurious Presidential Suites have a private dining room for 10 people. Special menus for private in room dining can be provided on request.
