Evergreen Day Nursery cannot provide childcare for hotel residents, but a baby sitting service is available through our Evergreen Nannies.

Our Nursery
Evergreen Day Nursery offers flexible childcare in a happy, caring and nurturing environment, specially designed and equipped to enrich those all-important early years and meet each child’s needs as an individual. Our fantastic setting provides endless opportunities to explore nature in our beautiful woodlands, abundant outdoor space and nursery garden, where fresh vegetables are grown and tended by the children, and picking and preparing them helps to promote healthy eating.
CATERPILLARS
9 weeks to 2 years
We have two baby rooms with stimulating play zones and a cosy sleeping area, one room for little caterpillars up to 1 year and another for bigger caterpillars as they become more mobile and begin to explore.
BUTTERFLIES
2 to 3 years
From happy caterpillars emerge beautiful butterflies – curious toddlers keen to discover the delights of the world around them as we help them to become confident, secure little individuals.
BUMBLE BEES
3 to 5 years
These busy bees are eagerly seeking information about the exciting aspects of their rapidly expanding world. Learning through play we provide them with an abundance of new experiences which teach them to try out new things, ask questions and have lots of fun.
Facilities
Evergreen Day Nursery has been specifically designed and developed around the needs of children to offer a bright and spacious ‘home from home’ where they will love spending their time. Two of our playrooms open directly onto our secure outdoor garden with its exciting adventure playground and organic vegetable patch, allowing children access to play outdoors.
Opening Hours
Evergreen Day Nursery provides flexible childcare to meet the needs of working parents. Sessions are available between 7.30am and 6.30pm, with no charge for Bank Holidays and two weeks holiday per year at 50% of the normal weekly fee.
Our Fees
Evergreen Day Nursery offers flexible childcare for busy parents, with various options available when choosing sessions to meet your needs.
Full Day Care
If you require full day care from 8.00am to 6.00pm, this will cost £170 per week.
Some parents may not require the full day, so we also offer a session from 8.30am to 4.30pm at a cost of £152 per week.
Half Day Care
A five hour morning or afternoon session from 8.00am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 6.00pm will cost £22 per session (minimum of three sessions per week).
Early Birds & Late Owls
We appreciate that some parents may need to start work before 8.00am, so we are happy to receive children from 7.30am onwards, and for those of you who may need a slightly later pick-up time we are open until 6.30pm (please note that additional charges apply).
We offer a 10% sibling discount and also accept childcare vouchers.
All fees include meals, drinks and healthy snacks.
